None of the videos include any type of cooldown or stretching. Or am I missing something? Day 1 completed - great workout

Thank you. I'm thinking also walking around a bit to bring heart rate down? My focus for food is just trying to keep it simple. Whole foods,eliminate sugars. I've been known to jump in and then get overwhelmed. Shopping and prepping today.
